Hello, and welcome to our Terms and Conditions for admissions!

 

This is important as it affects legal rights.

 

So please read them carefully.

 

 

• A class consists of a two full hour class.

 

• It is a must that a student completes a full two hour class.

 

• Parents are expected to pay the respective class fees in advance to assist with the scheduling of a class and enable us to provide a comfortable student learning experience.

 

• Every class consists of not more than two / four students (individual attention is guarantee for each set task and theory work).

 

• It will be the duty of the parents to ensure the payments are done on time so we can offer your child a smooth and uninterrupted education.

 

• Every student has to  bring a CR 10 Atlas / CR 4 X 2 ProMate Single Rule Exercise Book per subject and a 5 Colour Ink Pan Set (Atlas / ProMate) from the first day of class.

 

• The student is expected to be punctual and ready at the time or times given before a class or lecture.

 

• It is the parents' / student’s responsibility to ensure that he or she pays attention to what is being taught in a class.

 

• Missed classes will be done on a convenient day but, please ensure that you do not accumulate more than FOUR CLASSES per TERM.

 

• Failing to attend a class will be the responsibility of the student or respective parent.

 

• There is no possibility of rescheduling a class after missing it.

• There will be no refunds of any fees for any given reason - even in the event the course of study has been stopped half way through by us in the event of disciplinary reasons.

 

• If a decision has been made to stop a student from following a course of study half way through with us, please be kind enough to notify us of your decision at your earliest.

​

• Because, if not, the ADMISSION will get TERMINATED AUTOMATICALLY.

​

• There will be no possibility of re-admitting student in such an event.

​

• We are not responsible for the outcome of an examination.

 

• Our role is to only provide or facilitate additional support to students.

 

• A student following a course of study can obtain leave only for a valid reason and if given in writing prior.

 

• Lapse in continuing and completing a course as scheduled will be the responsibility of the student and we will not be responsible in any manner.

 

• Your suggestions are most welcome continuously in order for us to cater to your child’s exact educational and learning needs.

 

• You may use the form provided in this website in the Contact Us column to communicate with us.

 

• As parents of your child, it is very much appreciated if at least one of you meets us occasionally so we can update you of your child’s shortcomings pertaining to his or her performance in classroom work.

 

• All these conditions are laid in order to ensure the academic success of your child.

 

• Your understanding and co-operation would be greatly appreciated.

There will be no refunding of any fees paid.

 

Occasionally we may, in our discretion, make changes to the Terms and Conditions in our Agreement without notice.

 

By continuing to use our service after those changes are made, you are expressing and acknowledging your acceptance of the changes.

 

Please follow these rules.

 

These Terms will continue to apply to you until terminated by either you or us.

When an Online Application Forms is filled and submitted to LEARNINGEXCELLENCE:

 

* you thereby certify that the information you have furnished in the form are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief.

* understand that, any false or misleading statement or information provided to us can result in the permanent refusal of a placement to study in our schools or colleges.

 

* have read and understood all the Terms and Conditions mentioned above.

 

 

You may not use this site for any purpose other than the intended purpose.

 

Please Note: When an ONLINE Application Form is filled and submitted for the consideration of an admission to LEARNINGEXCELLENCE, the signature of the applicant or his or her parents are not required as proof of accepting the above terms and conditions.
