APPLICATION

Applications are accepted throughout the year and students are enrolled on a time available basis. To initiate the admissions process, you can call us or apply online by filling our website's application form.

ASSESSMENT

Formal assessments are done for admissions if requied only.

Assessment examinations sometimes may be arranged at various times in the application process (if required only) and typically take place in the school premises; however, arrangements can also be made for via skype on the internet as well to suit your convenience.

SUBMISSION OF SCHOOL RECORDS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

If required only, we would request parents and legal guardians of applicants to provide school records including transcripts, test results and any psychological / neurological evaluations from the previous two academic years.

All recommendations will remain confidential and should be sent directly to the Admissions Office:

CONSULTATION

If the applicant is unable to visit us, an interview can be arranged (if necessary) via skype in order to explore the applicant’s motivation, interests and English language ability. This is also the chance for applicants to ask any questions about us.

DECISION ON APPLICANTS

Admission decisions are made after careful evaluation of candidates - in particular instances abd if there is a specific reason to do so - in order to determine the suitability of a student wanting to follow a specific programme of study. We might have to take into consideration the assessment examination results (if done), previous school records, including transcripts and recommendations, and any face-to-face or online interiewswith the candidate. Criteria for evaluation include motivation, social and emotional development, and the ability of the student to meet the required academic standards.

A place will be reserved for the applicant at the appropriate entry level subject to the applicant satisfying our entrance requirements and time available in that level. Placement is determined by the student’s performance and not necessarily the age.

Throughout the application process, we will be available to provide information, to discuss areas of concern and interest, and to respond appropriately to any requests parents or students may have.

CONFIRMATION of PLACEMENT

Once a time has been reserved for an applicant or candidate, parents are invited to secure this place through payment of the Enrolment for a class ahead together with the completion of the contact details of both parents.

Respecive class fees for the following class must be paid in advance and in full.
